In order to access the SOS (Emergency) Alert feature, the user must be logged in to the mobile application and must be connected to the Skylo Hub.

Then follow these steps to raise the SOS alert:
Step 1:
In the Settings section of the Mobile App, click on 'SOS Alert'
Step 2:
Select the relevant SOS reason from the drop-down
Then 'press' on the concentric circles icon for at least five seconds t
Then click on the activate SOS button to activate the SOS
