If messages are not sent and received, please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Check if you have an active internet connection.
- Check if the Hub status is showing online or offline on the Skylo platform. If the hub is online, you will see the icon and if its offline you will see the icon .
Note: The messages will be sent only when the Hub is connected to the satellite network. If the Hub is offline, messages will be transmitted once the Hub is online.
